Enjoyed this place, although we were surprised to follow GPS directions through a gate, including having to check-in with a security guard because the restaurant was a 19th hole spot at a country club. A little bit of a walk to get there, and it was a little chilly that evening even in Florida, so I wished I had brought a jacket, but the food was good.
Great tiki bar atmosphere, sports tv's, friendly service, music on certain days and nights and good food! Service can be a little slow during busy times.
We feel this is a hidden gem of LWR. It's the perfect place for a date night or to grab a bite to eat. We love the fact that it has beautiful ambiance, is open to the public, has outdoor seating, the drinks are strong, and the bar has a great selection of cocktails. My kids also love their sliders and we love the watermelon salad, Cuban sandwich and tacos. A few small things I feel they could improve on is having more specials to change up the menu a little, bring back the gator bites, stop charging $3 extra to substitute fresh fruit instead of fries, and offer later hours.
New management/chef and the restaurant is back to amazing! Just wish they'd bring back the strawberry salad with shrimp!
This is a great place for lunch! Cool atmosphere. Excellent burgers, mahi, shrimp, sandwiches, salads, and drinks! Highly recommended.
Our waitress, Laurie was the first to greet us. She was very welcoming and helpful. We were a party of four. Sitting outside in very comfortable sofas and chairs. The drinks were delivered quickly. Menu showed some very interesting items. We all agreed on their apps. A crispy shrimp, empanadas and fried goat cheese. All were delicious. Our waitress suggested the fried goat cheese. She was right on with this. This is a great spot directly on the large pool and driving range. A beautiful location.
